Especially for Swimmers
"I can't fly, but swimming is the next best thing...The water is my sky."-Unknown more
Like other performance athletes, swimmers require an integration of strength, stability, flexiblity, endurance and power. Due to the overhead nature of swimming and the relative imbalance of musculature involved, over 80% of swimmers will develop a shoulder problem at some point in their career. A land based program will help prevent injuries and improve swimming performance.
